Is anyone else having problems with emails being forwarded from hosting sites like Easyspace? Easyspace are reporting an issue with emails being deferred. Thanks.
A cursory search of the forum would reveal many such complaints.
and BT won't take any responsiblity for it...
Thanks for comment. Any suggestions on next steps to resolve this issue? I tried the online chat support but since my email is working they could not help.
I have been on the case for two days now with easyspace and BT who have been frankly useless. They pass you from one tech to another who then says they don't have the expertise.
It really is proving to be a real headache
yep sounds like exactly the same as I've had with BT and fasthosts.
The common factor being .....BT
The strange thing is and the reason I initially thought it was an easyspace problem is that I have two hosted emails with easyspace and both have catch all applied, and to which both are forwarded to my single @btinternet.com address
Now you would think both had the same problem but no it's only one of the easyspace address I am having issues with. The other one comes through within a min or so.
How odd is that?

Glad (??!!) to see I'm not the only one having this issue... domain-name frorwarded emails from my domain name at servage.net to my btinternet address and I'm being informed of bounce-back messages now:
"A problem occurred during the delivery of this message. Please try to resend it later."
"#< #4.4.2 X-Postfix; delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection with mx.bt.lon5.cpcloud.co.uk[65.20.0.49] while sending RCPT TO> #SMTP#"
Something seems to have changed for the better yesterday. Emails forwarded form an Easyspace hosted email address are currently coming through without delay.
