Since the 'upgrade' this week, I have been unable to search my emails. It just comes up with "search empty".
Emails with links to Zoom and webex calls are no longer clickable. I have to click 'forward' and then as soon as I do that the link becomes clickable but if I send it is no longer clickable.
My contacts have become a mess and autocomplete no longer works.
My autosignature no longer displays and I cannot seem to edit it in settings.
The user display is horrendous and looks like something from 20 years ago. I cannot find how to change the dispplay colours and font size like I used to be able to. I am not talking about writing emails, I am talking about the actual presentation of the webpage and user experience.
I have the most up to date Chrome. I have cleared my cache. I checked that emails are written and received in rich text format.
Is there anything else I should be doing to address these issues or should I simply be delighted that I am paying £7.50 a month for a significant, deterioration of functionality as a result of an 'upgrade'?
Hi @Djw67 welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you have a few problems with your email account. Would you be able to test on a different browser to check if you still experience the same issues and let me know how you get on?
I agree with Djw67. The new system is clunky and not user friendly, as well as being a throw back to ages past. Was it tested before being launched on an unwary audience base?
