Problems with the Caxton Exchange

Right i got an email today stating that my exchange won and BT infinity is now available for me to use.

However when i attempt to check it says that my telephone line is not suitable.

I currently get 2.5mb ADSL broadband

Can anyone provide me with any help as to why i cant get BT infinity or provide me with a number for the BT infinity support??

Re: Problems with the Caxton Exchange

That is a helpful answer, Is there anywhere i can check when it will be available? They know who their rolling out in march 2012 and october 2012 so surely they can elaborate more on early 2012.

I am also worried for some reason that even though I'm around 1 mile from the exchange that my line will still not be compatible.

Does anyone know if BT infinity is enabled in  caxton yet?

Re: Problems with the Caxton Exchange

No one on that exchange will get infinity before that date do not worry you connected to your local green cabinet to your home by the existing copper connection and fibre from the cabinet to the exchange so your current line length is not important dates for enablement constantly vary so if they are saying early 2012 that is as near as it is at the moment as soon as bt openreach start working in the area on the project the bt infinity checker wiil say when it will be available
