Myself and many neighbours have been having issues over the past few months with our connections. I am currently without a connection and have an engineer coming to visit tomorrow. We are all on the Topsham exchange. Over the past couple of years a large number of new houses have been built.
Engineers have told us all that there are contention issues but nobody seems to be doing anything about it. I am posting here to make the problem public.
Every time I complain someone from BT phones to say they are sorry but they are unable to actually do anything to help.
I don't actually have any Internet connection. I haven't for four days. Broadband light is black. As a result I cannot do the speed test either.
I wasn't actually posting for help, I was posting to make others aware when they check the forums that they are not the only ones in Topsham suffering from poor service. Everyone I have spoken to in my street is having issues.
