Profile

Have recently had Home Hub 5 but it wouldn't hold connection and was resetting itself several times in an hour. Went back to HH3 and have now held connection for three days with the result that im now getting the fastest speed I've ever got. Stats Included. If this continues is it likely that my profile will be increased further? And any ideas why HH5 keps rrsetting? I've had HH5 replaced once already so it can't a fauly 2nd Hub surely. But I'm gonna leave HH3 connected so as not to risk losing my current speed.

Re: Profile

your stats look ok with 3 days connected and noise margin about normal 6db

your profile is correct for your current connection speed and download speed good for profile

Re: Profile

That's what I though. If it remains stable would the profile be raised or is this the maximum? Also, would you know why both hub 5's Ive had  both constantly reset themselves a few times an hour?

Re: Profile

the profile is set by your connection speed not the other way round.  So to get a higher profile your need a higher connection speed

check profile
