Promised that my billing issues would be resolved but nothing!!
In May 2014 I cancelled my contract as I was moving home. For some reason I was given BT Sport for free without my knowledge of having it. in August 2015 (13 months later) I start receiving bills. The first one taken from my account without my knowledge. I cancelled the DD and a month later I get a reminder to pay £33. I called and was passed between department a number of times over a number of days and finally I get somewhere. Yes my August bill would be refunded and Yes no more bills would be sent out. Yet today I have been sent another bill of £37!! I am so frustrated, not only have I not had any BT product for 14 months each department promises me it will be sorted and the next tells me no you should pay it in your final bill. This really needs sorting and I cannot keep being given false information and promises by online chats and billing teams over the phone! Somebody please help me!!!
