Prospective New User

Hi I am a new user, awaiting connection in a few weeks.

Has anyone took the Black Friday basic essentials deal.

Can you tell me which hub and TV box it comes with?

Also why doesn't the forum recognise my own  email address when I try to register? 

I am having to using my daughters BT address  to post this question.

She has only BT broadband and a different package so cannot help me find the answer.

Yes that was an Internet glitch. Where my Internet went down as I was posting so I got a message saying the post hadn't been submitted? 

It's one of the reasons I am changing provider. Hopefully BT will be more reliable. 1🤷‍♂️
