Disappointed to report that I have similar problem.

 

  • Registered the claim for the Pure Visa card on the day of broadband activation and received the "30 day" acknowledgement.
  • 30 days later - no card .... so I allowed a few extra days and then submitted a query through the link provided earlier in this thread.
  • Received acknowledgement stating that the visa card would be with me in 20 days (like others - subject line Sainsbury Gift Card).... bizarre.
  • Card should have arrived by 29 July.
  • Today is 1st August - no card.

I have sent a follow up email today but feel deeply frustrated that the administration of this scheme is so flawed and promises are broken in such a cavalier fashion. It is clear from this forum thread that there are basic problems here that are simply not being addressed - other than by kind intervention of the mods from time to time.

Same story here as with everyone else.  

 

  1. Applied June 6th for the £100 Visa Gift card which I'm 100% eligible for.
  2. Didn't recieve anything for 30 days.  
  3. Chased them up using the online form which has already been posted.
  4. After a delay they responded saying I was eligible and they had rectified the issue and my Visa Card would be with me within 20 days.
  5. 20 days has past and nothing through the door or any emails from Visa.....

Any help much appreciated.

I have same issue as everyone else fibre optic package ordered in May installed June been chasing her reward card since .

was confirmed I was entitled and have been advised 3 times that I will have in next 10 days . Six weeks on and 4 emails latter still waiting , what a shambles
