Please will one of the mods contact me had another three emails today about the Sainsbury card. Next stop Watchdog and shame them into doing something.

Can anybody please advise on how I might sort this problem out? I have tried several times on the phone and wasted a number if hours now. I have sent numerous online enquiry forms and have two separate incident numbers spanning almost a month and have received no responses other than the automated 5 days responses. I have never experienced such poor service.
