Ive tried 3 times to activate my card but im not getting the emails and ive called two different numbers but cant actually speak to anyone just automated and waste of time
Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache in your browser settings then enter the code again?
If that doesn't work you can email pure card on info@purecard.com and they will respond, or to speak to pure card customer service call 0344 800 6435 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Choose Option 2 then ignore the messages twice and the call will be diverted to an advisor.
