Just had this happen to me again for 30 mins, constant flashing purple light on the broadband using HH3. Tried restarting the HH3 checked the red wire from the Modem to the HH3, everything was fine there. Happened 4 days ago to, now i have it working again with all 3 blue lights. Whats going on here and why is it happening.

Well ive has Infinity over a year now and never done this before, it says it may be getting the fastest and reliable connection for your line, this can take upto 24 hours so your suppose to wait that long are you. Would have though that was in the first 10 days. Seems very odd that.
May be there was work going on at the exchange or cabinet which triggered it. As long as everything is ok now I suspect you will never know.
