Purple/Pink screen when bringing Humax Youview box out of standby - Any solutions?

Hi all

A quick question.

Has any user successfully solved the problem of the "purple screen" when using an HDMI connection from the box

to the TV.

I am using a BT Humax box with a Samsung LCD flat screen TV.

I have upgraded my HDMI cable to a Triple Shielded cable but still have the problem

The TV is a SAMSUNG UE39F5500 model.

Described as a 39" SMART 5 Series

try turning off anynet+ and let us know how you get on

I am now getting a pinkish pictures when I turn on my original you view box from hi eco mode.

Changing channels cures this.
