Query re BT Sport Bill

We’ve just had our next quarterly bill. (26 July-25 Oct)  Only query is we’ve been charged £80, rather than £60 for the main BT Sport pack. 

Just wondered if there was a reason for this before I query the bill?

My thoughts would be your BT Sport discount is ending, so you have a discounted part charge and a non-discounted charge, if you renewed then in October when the next billing cycle runs, you'd automatically get a pro-rata refund of the difference.

Thanks. It’s v odd. We had a deal with the BT Sports HD element, and that came to an end. (Extra £18.23) However the £20 pm BT regular BT Sports pack is now somehow £80 for the quarter. Don’t understand that.
