Welcome to the forum and thanks for your post! I have moved your post to your own thread as the thread you posted on was quite old and creating your own thread is the best thing to do.
I recall seeing a post from @Keith_Beddoe with advice on how to find your contract term on your MyBT account
Alternatively, you can have a word with our >> Billing Live Chat Team << to see if they can get you sorted.

There is a way to view the terms.
First of all you need to go to this page.
https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Then select the order that you wish to view, and on the top right there will be a link saying "Show contract terms"
Click on that, and it will give the info.
