My installation was on Monday and altho i'm able to use BB and TV box,
my fone number hasnt transferred yet. I'm on a "holding" number and
cant receive or make general calls. On my order tracking it still says Almost Complete
and theres no tick next to BB Service Activation, even tho i'm online.
The question is : do i need to wait for the order to complete (a tick next to Service Activation)
before i claim the Reward card and voucher?

You will need to wait until that order completes before you would be able to claim the rewards card. Once the order shows as complete, you can claim your reward card by visiting Claim your Sainsbury's gift card
