I hope someone might be able to help me please.
I took out a new Fibre 2 contract on 9th December through Quidco and was awarded £92.00 cashback which tracked at the time.
I noticed yesterday that it has since been declined and not sure why this is as I've not cancelled or changed anything to my contract.
I've already contacted Quidco but I decided to also contact BT since it is the retailer who has declined this.
I wonder if anyone can advise on this?

No there haven't been any changes or problems at all.
The purchase date was 9th December and installation date was 16th December and there have been no issues since. Account is up to date too so not sure why.
