Hi,
I took out BT Fibre and it now all installed but my cashback was not tracked via Quidco. I raised a claim and they are asking for a reference number that begins with AJM or BTC which I cannot find anywhere I look. Checked my order emails and logged into my account but only the VOL number is available which they say they can't use.
How do I get the reference number?

If you cannot find it then try https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Look for the sales reference on this page, top right.
It may also be on the email you received from BT, confirming your order.
These references are only issued on orders that have successfully tracked back to the referring site.
