I ordered BT Full Fibre 300 on 29th March 2021. I went through Quidco cashback site as BT were offering £80 cashback for this particualr package. I got a confirmation from BT the same day of the order and was provided with an installation date 15th April. I also the same day got an email from Quidco to say the £80 was tracking, I was sent the equipment through the post but I got an email to say the original installation appointment was cancelled due to a problem with my previous supplier Talk Talk. I was then given another installation date of 23/04/2021. My broadband service was cut off on the 15/04/2021 and I had no internet during this time. BT apologuised and sent me a Mobile WI-FI dongle to get me online untill the instalation as I am working from home. I believe this is why the cashback was subsequently declined. Quidco say they cannot help me as the problem it with BT saying I cancelled/ammended the order and do not qualify. I quick search of this communtity shows I am not the only person this has happened to but fortunately a moderator has been able to resolve the matter. Ive been on the telephone with no success and over an hour on webchat and still getting no where. I hope someone can help me with this as the £80 is being withheld through no fault of my own.
