I moved recently from sky to the BT package including fibre optic broadband, tv and phone via the quidco cashback link. It has tracked but keeps delaying payment. It said it would be paid last month but is now still delayed when our BT was installed on the 12th May. Could someone help me with this pleasE?
I am sorry to hear that your cash back payment has been delayed. The best thing to do is to raise a dispute through Quidco and they will be able to investigate this for you.
Have already done that, they say they are waiting for BT to confirm it and have now given a time line of 58 days to resolve!
