i placed an order with BT in September via quidco. I had moved into a new peoperty and saw the cashback incentive via quidco to join BT. It told me it was tracked and then BT had a few issues setting up my broadband and phone so the order number was changed. i recieved notification from quidco that the cashback was tracking and then it was declined. I raised a claim in January via Quidco and im still waiting.

Sorry that the Quidco cash back has been declined. I presume the reason why it was declined would have been due to the order having to be cancelled and re-issued to provide the service. We'll know more once we have had a chance to look at the order details.

I picked up your case and tried calling you this morning. Sorry I wasn't able to reach you.
I just wanted to let you know that I have sent this off to my colleague to understand why there is a delay processing the cash back. As soon as I receive word back I'll get back in touch with you. This will more than likely be after the Easter holidays.
