Hi,
My quidco cashback was declined. I placed an order for BT Full Fibre 100.
There was an issue with the order and they had to cancel the order and place a new one. As a result the quidco cashback of £84 was declined. Can this be fixed?

When did you place the order and when did your services become active?
When your service was activated you would have received an email with an order reference. What are the first 3 characters of the reference?

The initial order began with VOL013.
The order was placed on 04 Feb and was supposed to become active on 12 Feb.
A new order beginning in VOL013 was placed on 21 Feb and became active on 27 Feb after an engineer visit.

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately, Quidco had been very slow in getting back to us.
The good news is they have finally got back to us and they've accepted the claim and that the Cashback of £84.00 has been added to your Quidco account. If the cashback isn't already showing it should appear in the next few days.
I'm really sorry that this has taken longer than expected. I've gone ahead and closed the case I have on your account but if you need anything else, please get back to me.
