Hi. I purchased a SIM only deal in August 2019 through a Quidco link for £75. My contract is up now and BT still haven’t confirmed it on their side. Quidco have said it’s up to BT. can anyone help me?
Its good to see you back on the Community and thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't received your Cashback payment from Quidco. Have you raised a case with Quidco?
Is the Cashback still showing as pending?
I have raised a claim with Quidco but they are waiting for BT to accept the cashback.
Here is what it says on my account:
The retailer will process your claim. Please allow us up to six months to get a decision from the retailer.
