Quidco cashback not honoured

Was installed on 16th May.

Quidco Claim 3590573 - BT Broadband £145

"Your purchase on 12 Mar 2019, 15:32 for £4.00 and for£145.00 cashback at BT Broadband has been tracked."

I think it was due to the fact BT cancelled the original order and raised a new order as I had to shift the install date.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @drummerbod,

Thanks for taking the time to send in the account information.

I have raised this with our Partner Promotions team to let them know that the order number changed. They will let Quidco know to update their records and that the cashback should be paid (As long as original order meets requirements). It normally takes Quidco about 5 working days to get back to us.

Once Quidcoget back to us I will let you know.

Thanks for giving me some time to look into this for you.

Good news! Quidco have updated the order number to reflect the new order number and the cashback will be paid within 30 days. 

Can you let me know once your Quidco account updates to show "Accepted"?

Good result! In my experience with Quidco positive outcomes are quite rare, especially with larger cashback amounts. Typically Quidco blames the merchant, who is under no obligation to explain the reason for cashback being declined, and the merchant blames Quidco. Plus the catch-all "this offer may be altered or withdrawn at any time" is frequently deployed to avoid honouring advertised deals. Good for BT/Quidco bucking the trend on this occasion.
