Im having the same problem. services started in January and quidco cashback declined. its because the original order number no longer stands apparently. many of my friends have had the same problem. BT have an wasy way to get out of paying it seems. I am pursuing it. Can anyone at BT help? quidco are helpful but cant do anything.
Hi @garethhck If the original order is cancelled by BT there is a a way to get this sorted. You need the the new VOL0 reference number that the order has installed against and then to go back to Quidco and raise a ‘transactionquery’ .
