Hi Robbie ,already did that a while back ,have the details said it was because the order was stopped and reordered so was declined, but to be honest the order has been been re-ordered a few times by BT for one reason or another,and is still showing open when I track it,the whole process has been a nightmare,from start to finish, the only reason I joined was by getting cashback that brought the monthly payment down.
