Quidco want order number for tracking - but not VOL

Quidco want an order number but not beginning with VOL - which is all I have been provided with.

I ordered through them by they want an order reference number beginning with AJM or BTC or Z60.

Hi ShaunBurns welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. You should see the reference number you require on the email sent on the date your services were activated. Have a look and let us know if you find it ok.

@JohnC2  - the reference number arrived as you said it would - thanks.

However - I've just received confirmation from Quidco that my cashback claim was cancelled as my order was either "amended, returned or cancelled" - none of which is accurate.

My order went through exactly as ordered and I am currently using the service.

Can anyone please help with this?
