I have had on-going issues with BT for around 18 months now - each time BT thinking is has been resolved (and it has been sometimes for days, sometimes for a bit longer). Can my connection history / account history prove this?
Sometimes its the IP profile being too low, sometimes highest possible profile but random drops.
What information can I get to somebody to have a proper look at this issue and perform some root cause analysis?
Speaking with BT India is a complete waste of my time. Even raising complaints is a waste of time as ntohing really gets done about it.
Surely I am due a refund of some sort? It's a disgrace.

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Meanwhile, has your phone line been working, without any noise on phone calls, as that will affect broadband?
