A couple of points here.
How many people are affected bearing in mind that not all will notice etc.
Perhaps I'll call BT division who are trying to sell me that TV service and point out that it 'needs' BB.
I'm sure this issue will not help BTs business

Oh well, after 7 days of no problems, it's started again, 2 dropouts in the last half hour, pingplotter shows 2 instances of 100% packet loss.
I have a new HH3 and changed the cables, had an engineer out who fixed a line fault so I'm at a loss now as to what I can do. Is there a chance one of the mods can pick up on this please?
edit this is happenning exactly every 30 minutes so far, up to 4 drop outs now
heres an example, really don't understand why it's 5 to the hour and 25 past the hour, even rebooted the HH3 but it made no difference
If it's any consolation, here's my readings for today - seems this problem is becoming moe widespread. BT really need to get their finger out. My thread is here - all the montored ips are BT ips
Happens all the time to me as well! And a mate who lives in the same area gets it too!
What's going on BT? how can so many people get the same problems?!
