£100 prepaid MasterCard from BT via Broadband Genie

Good afternoon,

I am having exactly the same problem trying to claim my 100 mastercard reward from bt and the 70.00 from broadband genie. broad band genie one for 70.00 is okay but getting no help on the 100.00 one

There would only be one reward card from BT.

What date did you place your order?

thanks for the reply went live on the 6th january,

100.00 was with them and 70.00 with broadband genie,

bt keep telling me different things

What was the date you placed your order?

Affiliate sites simply pass on your referral to BT, who then pay you whichever reward was valid on the day you placed your order.

it was approx 19th december it when live on the 6th january

These were the BT Reward card offers during that period.

From 13.12.19 until 23.12.19 new to BT customers are eligible for a £60 Reward Card when ordering a Broadband Unlimited Package, £60 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre Essential Package, £80 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre Package, £110 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre 2 Unlimited, and a £110 Reward Card when ordering an Ultrafast Fibre 100 or 250 Package. Existing BT Broadband customers upgrading their BT broadband or those adding just BT TV are excluded

I cannot see one for £100, however there have been a few similar posts on this forum, so I will have to pass this question to BT.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Thanks for taking the time to send in your account information.

When I check our offers on at the time I am only seeing an £80 reward card available for the package that you took out. I have sent a request onto our Gift Card Team to double-check and I will let you know as soon as I hear back from this team. The Gift Card Team can take up to 5 working days to pick up cases depending on workloads.

just had response from bt saying they are sending me 80.00 reward where it states 100.00
