on the 20 october informed bt i was moving ,gave them the new address and date 11 november . i was disconnect on the 30 october ,and when move on the 11 november a enginneer told me the same story as you . i have conlplained (india) msny time ,visited by engineers but still not connected . i live oppersite cirencester outreach centre . who is Libby Barr i would love to contact her . been waiting for 10 weeks

I am sorry to hear that your order at your has been delayed. I think the best thing to do it to contact the order team by live chat.
