Hi, how do I get Ajm or btc number for my topcashback claim?

I have only order number with me, please help.

f you cannot find it then try https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do

Look for the sales reference on this page, top right.

It may also be on the email you received from BT, confirming your order, or the second email confirming order completion after activation.

If not, then billing live chat should be able to give it to you.

What category, what topic and what option did you choose to get the result you did? I am still waiting for my cashback and now they say it didn’t log it but it seems the number is incorrect.
