I wonder if the forum can help. After a couple of months chasing my Amazon Prime code I was given two separate ones via the chat today. two in case one didn't work. Neither worked. I have phoned and been on chat on numerous occasions since October and finally thought it was sorted but no.

You just have to be persistent, and keep on at them I final got a working code 3 months late.
