Out service started back in early July and despite my wife making several calls to customer services there has still been no email or voucher etc.
Seem to be getting fobbed off with false promises.
Its now nearing end of October, nearly 4 months???
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
