Same situation for me. Fibre went live on 08/11/19 but still nothing from BT about Amazon Prime. Can anyone divulge how to sort?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
It could be too soon to receive the code, as it may be 30 days after activation.
