Hi i am also having the same problem i placed my order in the promational time and get You are not eligible to claim a reward, please see FAQs for more information can you please help

Hi i am also having the same problem i placed my order in the promational time and get You are not eligible to claim a reward, please see FAQs for more information.

 

i placed my order on 12 April 2017 through the BT site

 

i was connected on the 27 April 2017

Does it state that any part of your order was cancelled?
