I also have this problem, when I logged onto my email via my laptop on Friday 7/5/21 I had no emails prior to 28/4/21 in my inbox. I have only ever used BT so there is 15+ years of email disappeared from my account including receipts and insurance documents etc. For some reason some where still on my ipad, I am not technical so do not understand why this is so but I was very grateful, however some emails I have forwarded back to myself from my ipad have no contents when I open them so are useless anyway. I have been a loyal customer of BT for years despite there being much cheaper options because I have always thought they were the best and would help me resolve any problems through customer support so please can you help me resolve this issue as it's very upsetting losing valuable documents and memories.
