A friend's new BT account has appeared as a secondary account on top of mine! I have asked BT to remove it but nothing has sappened. My friends account **Edited** has been stuck with a fault for a week, registered
**Edited** and he can't access his email. The fualt is also logged against my account though there is nothing wrong with my line or emails. The two seemed linked in some curious way. Can you sort this tangle out, please?
