Over the past two weeks we have had regular drop outs of our infinity line - prior to this we have had little problem with our HH5. I have reset the hub, downed all other equipment which attaches to the internet, but still have the same problem. I am loathe to call out an engineer if I have to pay the call out charge.
The problem occurs during the day sporadically but at night regularly (when both my husband and I are on tablets). However, I see no reason why the connection cannot cope with two tablets.
