I am having problems connecting with my ZTE-MF363 dongle since updating to version 18.104.22.168 of the software. I get the following messages when trying to connect.
16009 failed to create database folder.
12019 fatal error, contact support desk.
BT technical support have been unable to help and just keep referring me back to the software updates.
I've installed version 22.214.171.124 on 3 laptops. It works fine on my Windows XP and Windows 8 PC's, but I get this same error (failed to create database folder) on Windows Vista.
Having used a previous version of BTCM, I was advised to update software. I am also using vista and the same version is giving me identical errors. I would be greatful for advice.
