I would love to contact you but it doesn't say CONTACT THE MODS anywhere after clicking on your name. I am fed up too had so many hh6 hubs always ok till you do another firmware update then then lose connection to wi fi etc same as everyone else. WHY WON'T BT ACCEPT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE HH6. I give up

the 'contact the mods' is only available after invited by a mod otherwise as you have found the link is not visible

After a firmware update, it best to do a factory reset.

But you haven't been asked to contact them, other people have. The mods issue individual invitations if they deem it necessary.
