Hi!

I seem to have the same problem, it's been over 14 days, I was connected on 4th August 2020 and my rewards card is still not showing when I try to claim. My first bill has cleared as well, it just seems like taking money is quicker than giving it.

Hi John, I’m in the same boat with claiming my reward card also in August My mothers BT was connected after mine and she’s already received hers, yet I haven’t. Could you send me a message too please?
