I have had this same issue for a while now. Left BT last summer and info at the time said I could still access my purchases via the BT Purchases App. This worked but only rarely as I was often presented with various error messages when logging in, particularly one related to being a 3rd party user. One of the moderators tried really hard to help but I believe they were hamstrung by the issues with the BT Purchases App. I gave up in the end. I've noticed now that this app has been removed and that the BT TV App should be used instead. Have tried this but keep being told there is now account linked to my email address. Is there any way I can get access the all of the films and shows I purchased whilst a customer with BT?
