Webmail slow: This begin a week ago but not so bad that I couldn't live with it. Today 11/1/21 it has become far worse, taking 10 seconds to load a new email into the side panel, 30 seconds to carry out a search and 10-20 seconds to load a new folder. How on earth can this be called an improved service? I note that my partner rarely uses webmail (and hasn't noticed any problems) but it is MY main means of retrieving and sending mail and for £7.50 a month it is an abysmal service......unless of course there is a now deliberate policy at BT of trying to persuade email users to move elsewhere so they can dump a legacy system that no longer fits their business model. If that's the case, kindly be honest and tell us so.
