Hi,did this ever get sorted,I have been having same problem for a year BT keep closing my complaints as they say they are monitoring and my speed is 72 but it’s not,like you I have loads of screen tests that say otherwise but they just won’t listen,a dozen engineers have checked all equipment and even said may be capacity problem as happening at peak times,but apparently on notes I said this to engineer,please help

Can you do a speed test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ when the first test completes scroll down to Further Diagnostics and run and post the result.
