I have a similar issue. I am the only house on my street that cant get Infinity. The local engineer says that I am definitely connected to a cabinet. Can you try and get the OR database updated for me?
@Heck13 Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting, I've started you're own thread as the one you've posted on was quite old. Can you enter your number on the Broadband checker and post the results if you are connected to a cabinet it will advise you the cabinet number at the top of the page. Make sure to remove your number when replying.

@Heck13 after the exchange name did it mention which cabinet your line is served from?
@NeilO nothing about cabinets, although everyone else in my street is on Cabinet 2 and that is what I have been told my line is going to also.
