Re: BT line slammed by SKY!

I have been slammed by SKY -  no action to date except I am being requested to sign a new contract before I get my service back. Having told BT before it happend I was NOT MOVING TO SKY and this was some kind of clerical error I find extreemly anoying that in BT the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. 

Hopefully this can be resolved amicably.
