@neilgreig - essentially @NeilO has confirmed what you need to know and @kkkk has extracted the salient paragraph for you. If you can't get the link to work (did you try ctrl+click?) then you could cut and paste the url into a browser, or alternatively:
1. Go to bt.com
2. Scroll to the very bottom, click T&Cs
3. Click the "At Home" tab
4. Scroll to section 1 "Our Agreement" and underneath the video click the 4th link down "BT Mobile".
As you say, I now have my answer, but still could not open the link.
