Re: BT stealing from customers

I have just found this forum. After two years of BT overcharging me on all but about two bills I am the end of my tether. Since last year I cannot get anyone there to take any action. No one will deal with me properly and I am now owed a considerable amount of money. Can some moderator help me too please.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Thanks. It wasnt clear when i found this forum that it is domestic ony. BT are overcharging my business account and not responding to complaints about that.
