Been told I am on ADSL2+ but do not think I am. Help please

Hi i am in exactly the same situation as the OP. I am on exchange 3 in winchburgh but i havent been able to get more than 6mbs. how do i get to upgrade this? thanks

Hi @carlarachelwhyte,

Thank you for taking my call today. I've tested your connection and its looking good. Your sync speed has increased to 12824 Kbps and this has enable a profile of 11370 Kbps.
