Re: Broadband issues again: Hub3 and noise

Glad it is sorted - seems to be a bt blindspot - our road was upgraded to Infinity - I did not change and had this noise/underwater etc - the phone was virtually unusable - no joy from bt BUT kept getting calls for Infinity and I said line issue - they said they would fix it. BT engineers turns up - says problem between two junction boxes underground over the road - takes about 90 mins to fix - now all AO.

Seems that BT do not want to pay for a 90 min engineer call out - but it is worth their while if you are paying for infinity - cynical or not????
